This is a traditional Berliner Weisse brewed with historical yeasts, named after the iconic Marlene Dietrich and fermented with Brettanomyces strains from bottles up to 50 years old. Slightly acidic, fruity, fizzy and wild - this is a proper, classic Berliner Weisse.
