Every now and again you've just got to let your hair down, and rock out when it comes to designing a beer. When designing Manilla Times, our owner Sean wanted to create a mishmash of the best and brightest beers we've ever brewed into a single, mega hyped, mega hopped beer. Taking inspiration from Originals range classics Azacca Mosaic DIPA, Mosaic Simcoe DDH IPA, and Citra Simcoe IPA, we've Frankenstein'd all three beers into a single, thoroughly 2022 Polly's-style DDH IPA. Expect to find a beer positively dripping with ripe mango, freshly cut pineapple, sweet clementines, juicy juicy papaya and passionfruit. Rounded off with a whisper of bitterness on the back end, this beer is pure sunshine trapped in a glass.
