The Maibock is a light bock beer with a strong alcohol content and a malty character. The spring-like goat is often characterized by its soft sweetness and the variety of malty taste nuances. The Maibock from Rittmayer is no exception. The clear beer is presented in a warm amber tone in the glass and shimmers splendidly copper when the light falls. The crown of white, fluffy foam is fleeting in nature and quickly leaves room for the tempting scent. An olfactory bouquet of caramelized malt, spicy honey, Roasted grain and a hint of vanilla meets freshly mown grass, ripe stone fruits and hints of lemon peel on the nose.
