It's a technique that's become almost synonymous with Polly's - our patented pyramid dry-hopping technique brings, in our opinion, our beers completely to life. By going big and gradually tapering down the dry-hop bill we're able to accentuate each individual flavour profile of these incredible varietals; creating what we feel to be a much more complex and enjoyable drinking experience. We've adapted this technique again in Made For Flight; the same basic technique employed - a three hop line up gradually decreasing, but we've gone bigger on the base layer - Mosaic offers a huge wide hug of tangerine, berry, and mango notes, before herbal crisp lemon notes come to the fore from Columbus, before rounding off with huge grapefruit notes from big C hop Comet.
