Lusen | Wet Hopped Pilsner w/ Saaz | 7.2%
Lusen is drawn from the imagination of our Head Brewer Matt, and utilises fresh frozen whole cone Spalter from @prohops.de.
We built a big malt base, hit it with Saaz in the whirlpool, before dry hopping it with the fresh Spalter cones. The result is a 7.2% Imperial Pilsner, that gives off fresh honey bread, sweet brioche, light spice and a deep, gentle, warmth. Something to savour.
