Mark Tranter (Burning Sky) and Kelly Ryan (Fork Brewing) are Les Amis du Brassage.
This is the most recent beer that they have intuitively collaborated on. After a year of oak ageing, a beautiful mixed fermentation Saison emerged, which was then blended with a portion of three year old lambic. Dry and oaky with subtle fruit and spicing to the fore, we believe this beer is well worth the wait.
