We're just about hitting that post-peak time of summer right about now; the nights are starting to draw back in, but it's still warm enough for a beer in the garden after a long day of graft. As Saisons were typically brewed to quench the thirst when working those long hours in the summertime, we wanted to brew a beer that we in turn could enjoy after a long day at the brew kit. Step forward Lenno; a modern table-style Saison rocking in at a reserved 2.9%, but whilst we've held it back on the ABV, this is a Saison that packs a punch - think stonefruit and tropical notes from the addition of Loral and Simcoe during fermentation, playing off some funky farmyard notes from the delight that is BE-134 Saison yeast. Awesome.
