To a beautifully simple pale ale base, 160 fresh cucumbers were lovingly sliced by our brew team and suspended in the beer post fermentation in the same manner you would dry-hop a beer. Have we just invented dry-cucumbering?
The production of this beer is the pursuit of the ultimate cucumber flavour, and this delicious pale ale manages to pack a huge refreshing cucumber hit whilst remaining balanced and sessionable.
