An IPA brewed in collaboration with Northern Monk with a malt base of extra pale, rounded out with a heavy dose of oats which bring a thick creaminess to the grist, while the hop addition of Azacca, Mosaic & Enigma take the beer all the way from vinous & pine, through bright citrus and tropical fruit.
