Helles Lagerbier
Inspired by the German Helles, we hopped this Lagerbier with Hallertau Mittlefrau. This plays homage to the German style whilst bringing a subtle, balanced, floral and herbal aroma and a soft spiciness on the palatte.
We lagered our Lagerbier for a minimum of 6 weeks, so expect a dry and very clean beer that has a light sweetness from the yeast and lager malts.
The ABV is slightly higher than our Pils Lager, but we couldn't resist the trad 500ml bottle servings.
