Hopped with Peacharine and Citra.
Our newest IPA is named after Korra, Rick’s Pomeranian. Absolute queen of the jump scare, she keeps Buddy and Skirlie (and everyone else) in check at all times. In a bit of a departure from previous IPAs we’ve gone all hazy! (Rick’s dog, Rick’s rules.) A first time out for Newbarns, we used Peacharine hops and little bit of Citra. A robust base of Vienna and oats got us to bang on Pantone 157C, which is the exact colour of Korra’s fur.
