A classic Bavarian Helles, brewed with 100% Baumburger barley malt, a true beer from the Chiemgau region. Only after a lagering period of at least six to eight weeks and a tasting by our brewmaster is this beer filtered and bottled.
Even with its stable, fine head, the brilliantly clear, golden-yellow beer is a feast for the eyes. But that's not all: pleasant caramel notes and malty freshness harmoniously round off the light citrus aromas, and the body is light with a not-too-harsh bitterness. Crystal clear appearance, crystal clear taste – typically Bavarian, typically Baumburger.
