Our new English Barley Wine. Built on a massive malt back bone, including crystal and Special B malts. Giving this beer a fruity and sweet malt base.

We used golden syrup to boost the ABV and add a little extra character.

Copious amounts of English hops including; Bramling Cross, Fuggles and Olicana were used to take the edge off the malt sweetness but add fruity characters.
