Keyboard Club boasts orange & pine on the nose, followed by pineapple, apricot and honeydew on the palate with a crisp finish.
To brew this beer we started with the bones of a classic New England IPA: plenty of oats for mouthfeel, soft water profile and a big tropical dry hop.
With fermentation we went slightly off piste using, a kolsh yeast which has brought a lovely clarity and dryness to the mix.
The result is a juicy beer that manages to also be quite crisp and keep its 7.4% ABV under wraps.
