Our Kapuziner Kellerweizen is a special treat for discerning wheat beer connoisseurs. The addition of fine yeast from the brewery's own pure breeding gives it it's typical top-fermented, fine note. Its aromatic fruity taste and the reduced carbonic acid content make it a unique capuchin speciality.
