Sparkling Sweet Fine Perry
Bright, lightly gold tinged liquid with lovely strong citrus, gooseberry & rhubarb notes on the nose. Full mouthfeel with viscous honeyed sweetness & strong citrus flavours, rhubarb & gooseberry, hints of elderflower, melon & lychee. But also a bracing acidity to balance the sweetness & a strong structure through the tannins. Fermented with wild yeasts. Alc. 3.3% vol.
