
Built a base of Maris Otter, Wheat, Oats and Cara Blond, Jupiters is all about the hops, receiving a hefty charge of whirlpool hops in the form of Citra before being fermented on London Ale III. We’ve given this one a two stage dry hop from Galaxy, Sultana and Citra again building to 16g/L and the result is a beer that’s popping with oily and bright passionfruit, pineapple, mango and dank.
