THREE HILLS X EMPEROR'S BREWERY
This beer has been a long time in the making, Three Hills Brewing have teamed up with imperial stout specialist Damien Doherty from The Emperor’s brewery.
Both fans of Mexican food & smoked chillis, a molé inspired beer Jedi Mind Trick was born. The base beer has aspects of Three Hills BPAVK base with a few adjustments & small addition of smoked malt. Fermented with generous amounts of molasses & dark sugar, then conditioned on smoked Mexican Morita Chipotlé chillis & Cacao nibs. This is the biggest stout Three Hills have ever brewed & it was conditioned it in tank for 3 months to maximise the smoothness, whilst also allowing more subtle & complex flavours to develop.
