The second of our Steep collaborations, this time we focused on the clean, refreshing flavour of lime. Starting out with our soft water as a base we added a specially concocted lime juice syrup which we blended in CT with Luna our Pilsner. We also added lime zest in the CT to boost that citrus topnote. The result is a clean drinking, subtle yet refreshingly limey with a smooth flavour of the Pilsner underscoring the fruit perfectly.
