6.8% TDH IPA – Triple dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin
Well! What can we say? This one is a single hopped, triple dry hopped, Nelson Sauvin fever dream. We used this utter banger of a NZ hop at every stage of the brew and then triple dry-hopped it just to make sure we got our point across. It’s deliciously dry and filled with the taste of grape skins, Passionfruit, crisp white wine and a deep, earthy dankness. Thick, juicy and surprisingly complex. A proper Sauvin celebration!
