We got together with the lovely people of Polly’s Brew Co a few weeks back, and among the plentiful beer drinking and cheese tasting we brewed up a big tasty DIPA!

Mosaic all the way through, appearing in three of the four stages of hop additions, alongside a generous helping of Motueka. 

Sticky, dank and piney as you like, balanced by a soft, bready finish.
