Our staff-designed beers are back for another run around in 2022! After the original iteration of DDH Pales back in 2020, and the reins being let off completely in 2021, we're back and once again nothing is off limits this year. First up this time around is Will - having joined the team here at Polly's in the summer of last year initially in the warehouse, he saw an opportunity to take the lead with the packaging side of the brewery and has been our go-to guy for anything canning or kegging ever since. With a huge passion for those classic West Coast beers, Will wanted to create his own homage to the beer that started it all - Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. Loaded to the nines with Cascade both hot and cold side, this beer is a piney, resinous tribute to in his opinion the greatest beer of all time.
