Infinite Trees is our fruity, resinous West Coast IPA. The base is super simple with 100% Pilsner malt bringing crisp, bready clarity of flavour which acts as the perfect base for Strata. This is a hop we’ve used alongside other hops previously but here it shines. Floral notes with grassy freshness and sweet pine nectar are prominent with undertones of freshly cut homegrown and nectarine flesh. Pleasingly bitter, mouthcoating and moreish.
