Like her sisters - Edna, Orla & Pam - Ida starts life as a kettle sour base, brewed over two days. Once in the fermentation vessel, we add heaps & heaps (forgive the technical terminology) of summer raspberries and a touch of basil. The result is a tart yet easy drinking fruity zinger.
