We’ve learned in our time that there’s absolutely no shame in riffing on the beers produced by the breweries that inspired us to brew in the first place. Those haze craze breweries that crafted and perfected the hazy IPA that has now become so ubiquitous with the modern UK craft beer movement are fully front and centre in I Know a Place; a brash, fruit-forward, no nonsense IPA brewed in the vein of Other Half’s Green City, and Alchemist’s Focal Banger. Featuring a four hop showcase of the freshest crops of Mosaic, Simcoe, Cashmere, and Citra, we’ve nudged the bar up here on this beer; pushing things to near-DIPA levels of hop saturation, with a gentle hot side addition backed by frankly silly levels of cold side additions create a beer that positively drips with stonefruit and bubblegum sweetness, bright citrus and freshly picked berry notes, and just a little bit of herbal complexity to round things off.
