We’re settled into our status as a modern day haze craze brewery at this point - it’s just in our bones to just create the freshest, juiciest beers we possibly can, and Hue Creator was designed with one thing and one thing only in mind; the kind of tropical juice you’d have on holiday with a little parasol stuck in a wedge of pineapple in the glass. Wanting to bring the citrus notes to the max, we’ve brought a heavy lashing of Amarillo to the party on this beer, imparting all manner of bright, punchy orange flavour profiles, backed up with an even heavier cold side addition of in-house favourite Sabro to complete the pina colada vibe. At that classic Polly’s IPA strength sessionable enough to sink a couple of without falling over - this is everything we love about modern IPAs in one beer.
