
Speyside Whisky Barrel Aged Honeycomb Turnover Imperial Stout
At the beginning of the year, we launched two Double Mash Imperial Stouts but that was only half the story. We tucked a portion of the batch away into Speyside Whisky casks to mature for the rest of the year.

On blending these barrels ready for packaging the firey Whisky cask character and roasty dark chocolate flavours married together beautifully with hints of vanilla from the barrels and a delicate licorice note appearing from seemingly nowhere!

To add an extra level of delicious we split the beer for two additions:
