Cellar-cloudy with fine yeast. An unfiltered beer with a long history. Our lager is based on the old tradition of home brewing. In the past, any farmer with a brewing license could have his own beer brewed by us using his own homegrown barley and hops. This beer was then matured and stored in the farm's rock cellars. Hence the name lager. This beer was primarily consumed in the summer, during harvest, or directly in the cellar from a cool stone mug. In other regions, this beer is also called cellar beer. Our lager is an amber-colored, drinkable beer with a spicy, herbal aroma and balanced hop notes. The pleasantly reduced carbonation enhances its drinkability.
