Hel, Black Kveik DIPA, 8.9% 
We went Nordic with the name and the yeast. Hel is the nordic goddess of the underworld, half dead & half alive. So we decided to do a beer of two halves.
Black but "light". Hel is a black kveik DIPA, massively hopped with southern hemisphere hops, Topaz, Ella, Vic Secret and Nelson Sauvin, and fermented with valkyrie yeast.
