A classic blend of bittersweet cider apples grown in traditional Herefordshire orchards - Dabinett, Yarlington Mill, Sheeps Nose, Catley Red, & Michelin, plus a number of old unknown varietals.
Big ripe apple fruit on the nose, a very rich succulence on the palate, with fresh acidity & full mouthfeel. Notes of spice, vanilla, & ripe apple skins. Fermented with wild yeasts. Alc. 2.8 % vol.
