We first set about a core range trial at the beginning of lockdown with the seemingly-universally popular Preliminary Flex. The desire to make a beer easy enough to brew again and again, but with enough complexity to remain interesting has stuck with us over the last few months and has in turn birthed our latest effort, Hazy Definition. A simple in-house favourite hop bill of Citra and Mosaic dances a metric tonne of juicy tropical notes around the palate, clean fermented for a crisp finish. Those Polly's boys sure are setting themselves up for that core range hey!
