Naturally Sparkling Dry Ciderkin
This is a ciderkin made from super ripe Egremont Russet apples, that pressed really badly so the 'kin' had plenty of natural sugars pouring off the press. Fermented wild in tank, & later blended with live black currant wine, then bottled to finish fermenting.
Beautifully aromatic, with obvious black currant fruit & leaf, while on the palate there is everything from gooseberry & rhubarb, to cranberry, apple & grapefruit, all in light & drinkable guise! 5% abv.
