Is this the most Northern Monk beer we’ve ever done? A BA Imperial Gravy Stout, collabing with a pie company.

We had some leftover BA stout. We had some gravy. We sent a DM @greatnorthernpieco.

Our Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs has gravy at the top. We have a neon sign emblazoned with the word in our café.

And, at this time of year, imperial stouts become a more regular treat. And gravy is always the best bit of the Christmas meal, right? Why not combine the two? Don’t answer that.
