We love Motueka; its range of flavour, it's depth, and it's versatility, and we wanted to showcase everything the hop has to offer. We have brewed a beer with a delicate malt base, acting as an ultra pale canvas to let the hops do the talking.
Your first sip gives you an initial hit of punchy, tongue-tingling mojito lime. As this subsides, it transforms into dried tropical fruit and finishes with a delicate minerality that conjures cucumber and white bread sandwiches. You'll want to repeat that process again and again, and at a somewhat sessionable ABV, you can do.
