Introducing the first in a new series of sour beers, called stingos. Dann has a blog up about it all on our website beerofsmod.co.uk.
This first is a sour beer produced using a fermentation with raspberries in our oak foeder, blended with some of the same beer fermented in barrels and then refermented in stainless steel. The beer is Alc. 5.8% Vol. It contains ALLERGENS: BARLEY and is vegan friendly.
