Hop harvest is always a special time of year and what better way to celebrate our love of all things hoppy by creating a pair of harvest/wet hop west coast IPA's! This version is single hopped with Mosaic, so expect sweaty tropics, pine, OJ and a rasping bitterness. We loaded the whirlpool with harvest-fresh Mosaic whole cones...we expect this to add a beautiful 'green' character.
