The fourth release in the Fresh From the Old Flax Store series is a 5.3% pale ale that showcases Cashmere, Mosaic and The Bruce, to create a beer that’s bursting with tropical papaya and grapefruit flavours. 

5.3% ABV // 25 IBU // 10 EBC // 1.055 OG // 440ML

INGREDIENTS: Water, Malted BARLEY (GLUTEN), OATS (GLUTEN), WHEAT (GLUTEN), Hops, Yeast

The ‘Fresh From’ series is a celebration of the freshest hops that we can get hold of, and of our brew team at The Old Flax store that make the beer! Release number 4 saw the OFS team try out a new (interestingly named) hop called The Bruce which brings flavours of pink grapefruit, lime zest and papaya, backed up with the citrus flavours of Mosaic and Cashmere.
