Fresh From the Old Flax Store 03 sees the brew team focus on Waimea, Ella and Strata hop varieties. 

Expect sweet, fruity mandarin as well as tropical passionfruit and pineapple notes from this pale ale, contrasted with a super floral flavour from Ella and rounded out with dank undertones.  

5.3% ABV // 25 IBU // 10 EBC // 1.055 OG // 440ML

This month’s ‘Fresh From’ release sees our Old Flax Store brew team turn their attention to Waimea, Ella and Strata hop varieties.

Waimea brings sweet, fruity mandarin flavours with a dank note at the end of the palette that’s contrasted with Ella’s super floral flavour. This is rounded out with Strata’s tropical passionfruit and pineapple notes, resulting in the freshest, juiciest 5.3% pale ale brewed on the ground floor of our original home.
