Our team at the Old Flax Store have pulled out all the stops on this edition of our monthly hop-forward hazy pale ale. Introducing Strata Hyperboost, concentrated hop oils used to boost the already powerful and distinct character of Strata. The beer has a massive dank hit of cannabis funk and intense pine. Complimented by the fruity edges of the hop that bring a bounce of passionfruit, orange and red grapefruit.
Ads and the crew have paired this with Luminosa and Eclipse Spectrum to bring in extra hits of tangerine and papaya, with a slightly savoury hint of basil, cedar. All this over the tasty hazy base we have now established for the Fresh From Series.
