The Old Flax Store team’s deeper hopping program is really coming to the fore in this super fresh and fruity Hazy Pale.
As we’re starting to receive some of this year’s American hops, we’ve opted to blend them with some favourite NZ varietals.
Pairing Krush, a new favourite, known for its fruit basket and tropical fruit aroma and flavour with Rakau, an all-time banger that beautifully blends stone fruit with a slight dank bite.
Both are filled out with a kettle addition of Cascade Prysma™ for a fine-tuned but satisfying intensity.
