To mark the 1000th beer brewed in our OG Old Flax Store brewhouse, we’ve made our biggest IPA to date. This 15% hop monster showcases some of our favourite newer varieties in the shape of Strata, Zappa and Talus, backed up with some more established stars in Citra and Idaho 7. Expect a thick, creamy mouthfeel brimming with grapefruit, lime, passionfruit and orange with a classic overripe tropical fruit backbone riding throughout.
