This month’s Fresh release brings a pairing of Talus and Cashmere hops to the fore, the former already well known for its punchy grapefruit juice flavour despite being a relative newcomer to the brewing world and the latter one of our favourite, underrated varieties brimming with lemon and lime zing and some orange and mango undertones. We accentuate all these flavours with hot side additions of Idaho 7 and Sabro incognito whilst Citra ups the tropical fruit array in the dry hop.
