Using a new hop called Elani which has aromas of pineapple, guava, lime, white peach, and orange zest. Pairing this with the white grape of Nelson and the citrus of Mosaic for a fruit bowl IPA.
Fresh From 9, utilising another different triple combo of hops. This time around our brew team have used Pacific Sunrise, Belma and Strata to ensure that FF9 leads with strong berry characteristics.
Belma brings forward notes of strawberry, while Strata and Pacific Sunrise bring subtle berry flavours including a nicely balanced blackberry note. All three hops bring a touch of dankness and tropical fruits to the brew.
