Lallemand LalBrew Pomona™ is new hybrid IPA yeast and the latest release from Lallemand Brewing, which will bring a whirlwind of tropical flavours.
Paired with Azacca CGX and fresh 2023 Azacca and Luminosa hops for big tropical and exotic fruit flavours. We added a touch of Zappa in the whirlpool for flavours of berry and a hint of spice.
