Ed and Olly from UK craft pioneers Oakham Ales visited to brew a malty, toasty, bittersweet Brown Ale, using fresh Prima Donna grown by the Manchester Hop Project. Chocolate and cinder toffee notes from the malt are met with marmalade, magnolia and delicate spice.
