Fools Gold 2024 is a blend of barrel beers with an average age of 16 months, fermented with our house culture and aged for 12 months on carbonically macerated British apricots.
The time spent on the fruit has created a cohesive and complex beer, fully saturated with vibrant, summery deliciousness. The start is sharp pineapple with passionfruit and peach fuzz. This ebbs towards lemon peel and floral softness with aromatic dried apricot, woody notes and fruity funk
