Our first Barley Wine, split between two barrels to age and evolve. This expression has developed in a Tomintoul 14 year old ex Sherry Butt courtesy of Chorlton Whiskey. The whiskey had a mature sherry profile and notes of dried fruits and spice that lend perfectly to the character of the beer. The profile will continue to change as it matures but it’s a delicious beer to enjoy now.
