Made from a blend of perry pears including: Blakeney Red, Red Pear, Red Longdon, Gin, Oldfield & Butt, that were harvested in late October, from Herefordshire orchards. Slightly darker in colour than perry often is, the aroma & taste suggests figs, dates & pears. Rich on the palate; succulent & warming with fresh citrus acidity & lovely tannins. A vinous, chewy & flavourful perry. Fermented with wild yeasts. Alc. 6.4 % vol.
