This collab was quite a challenge to reach the solid alcohol percentage of 14.8%. For this we used large amounts of malt. Among them were very nice specialty malts such as melanoidin, crystal and honey malt.
The honey malt gives the beer a full, sweet taste and the nutty character of Melanoidine malt makes Fate loves The Fearless a challenging and surprising beer.
