The Serious Sour launching this weekend is one of our proudest series. The farm to fermenter beers see us timing our brewing schedule to local farmers harvest window to bring you the freshest fruit flavour!
Brimming with 80k Scottish Victoria plums picked less than 16 hours before they were added to our mixed fermentation base sour.
A tantalising, delicate floral plum aroma foretells a soft velvety mouthfeel and stewed plums character, finishing with tart acidity from our house mixed culture.
